HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY
Pricing:
All rates are quoted in Euro , per room per night and
include breakfast, services and taxes. .
Deposit:
In order to activate your reservation kindly let us have as a
deposit the 30% of the total value of your reservation before the
given release period is expired.
A fax or email notification towards the hotel with the credit card
authorization form or a copy of bank money transfer is also
necessary, failing which shall automatically release the space.
All accounts should be settled upon arrival in the Hotel.
Please notice that the above-mentioned amount(s) are net to the
hotel and any bank commission, expenses etc encumber the payer and
not the receiver.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in written form. When a
reservation is confirmed by HOTEL MELIDRON and then subsequently
cancelled then the following charges will be incurred:
A: 15 days or more before arrival the deposit is refundable.
B: 14 days or less prior arrival or 0 days or No shows, he 30% of
the total valid of the reservation will be charged as cancellation
fees.
The above-mentioned cancellation policy is according to the Greek
Law No 503007/176 Article 3, which is harmonious to the EC
regulations and overrules to any cancellation policy issued by any
of the credit card's company or institute.
